Our Journey

Meet our Founder

Teachvia Group was founded by a qualified UK teacher with direct experience in secondary education. Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), our founder understands the daily realities and unique challenges faced by headteachers, school leaders and teaching professionals.

This first-hand experience is complemented by also working as a support worker in the care sector, providing valuable insight into the challenges faced by care providers and frontline staff. This unique combination of education and care experience enables Teachvia Group to deliver reliable, high-quality recruitment solutions built on genuine professional expertise rather than theory.
